All platters have three select meats, three cheeses, house pickles, mustard, dried berries and nuts, and  gluten free crackers.

We add a jam or marmalade to our $50 and $100 boards will have a jam or marmalade added.

We prepare a selection of our best meats, cured, smoked, prepared in house, premium cheeses, with extras like housemade pickles, Bon Maman jams, dried apricots, cherries, almonds, etc.
