Dearest Friends,
It is with heartfelt emotion that I must draft this message. At​ ​the​ ​end​ ​of​ ​business​ ​on​ ​Friday, September​ ​29,​ ​2017,​ ​Hungarian​ ​Butcher​ ​will​ ​cease​ ​its​ ​operations.​ I accepted an amazing opportunity to become the “Culinary and Culture Manager” at RayRay’s Hog Pit and in doing so, will need to shut down the Hungarian Butcher operations at Tatoheads Public House and the pop-ups at Platform Brewery (I will have the last pop-up on Saturday the 30th).

I hope your experience with my food left you with an excellent impression of Hungarian dishes as well as a full stomach. Thank you for supporting Hungarian Butcher and believing in the food I created.

Please do not be sad as all hope is not lost. I am pleased to announce that your Hungarian needs will be met because my father and sister will be taking over operations of the kitchen at Tatoheads Public House! They will change the name to Laszlo’s​ ​and it will still be Hungarian themed. ​ ​Please​ ​join​ ​me​ ​for​ ​a​ ​celebration​ ​on​ ​Friday​ ​as​ ​I​ ​“Pass​ ​the​ ​Spoon”​ ​to​ ​my​ ​father and​ ​sister.​ Please show them the love and support you have shown me.
